first authentic Food & Flower World Forum, Niigata 2007 will be held. The various programs on the food
and flower in Niigata will take place,
such as International Symposium of Flower
and International Trade Fair of Flower
in the Spring, International Symposium
of Food and International Trade Fair of
Food in the Fall.
Moreover,
it works as a project that widely appeals
inside and outside the country as a government-designated
city shift commemoration event.
The
basic theme of the forum is " to contribute to the world by food and flower: which is the theme of the rustic
government-designated city. " The forum aims to promote this basic theme to the world, and to heighten awareness
of the industry and the culture of food
and flower while deepening the exchange
